Return Eligibility
Because our Islamic calligraphy and art pieces are exclusively handcrafted and often personalized (bespoke) for individual clients, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind."
Damaged in Transit
We pack our frames in premium hardboard packaging to ensure maximum safety. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, you must provide an Unboxing Video to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly repair or replace the damaged piece at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it. Once the canvas preparation and calligraphy process has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
